In connection with the Visual Instruction Committee's series of lectures on Britain, two sets of about 50 slides each, under the above heading have been prepared, and lecture notes written by C. H. Blakiston, M.A. B S LIVERPOOL CATHEDRAL. A Series of 100 Slides. By arrangement with the Liverpool Cathedral Development Committee, Messrs. Newton are able to supply on their behalf an extremely interesting series of 100 slides on the history of Liverpool Cathedral. The collection of slides has been arranged on a chronological basis. The majority of lecturers will probably find that 100 slides is more than is required for a single lecture. The set can either be supplied complete or in four lectures if desired under the following headings :— Lecture A These slides will be found suitable for a lecture giving a description of a visit to the building. ■ Lecture B Suitable for a lecture on the history of the Cathedral project from its inception to the consecration.
