German Film Top Industrial at N-Y. International Festival 13th annual event attracts record number of foreign visitors as several celebrities assist in awards presentations. Grand Award for the best industrial film is presented to Hello Weber (right) by festival director Herbert Rosen. The 13th International Film & TV Festival of New Yoric, Oct. 27-30 was marked by the attendance and assistance of a number of celebrities including Leonard Sillman, Cindy Adams, Dr. Joyce Brothers, Frank Blair, Malcolm Dodds and Hermione Gingold. The event this year also attracted the largest number of foreign visitors ever. Master of ceremonies Barry Gray presided over the awards presentation at the banquet in New York's Americana Hotel.
