Tbe hall cuntains a large, open stage, 28x10, and the new management has arranged to play vaude- ville, minstrel, and In fact all attractions where scenery would not be used. Jambs W. Thompson, black face mono- legist, has played Milwaukee, Muncle, St. Joseph, Kansas City and Lincoln, on the Crystal clrault, and has oftcr of the entire circuit. . Al. G. and Mazie Belfoko have just closed on the Bijou and Amalgamated cir- cuits for II. C. Daoforth. They have been, they write, very successful with their new act. "The Irish Politician," and have secured r-iturn dates everywhere tbey have played. Al. G. Field notes. —For thirteen weeks this season success has attended the engage- ments of this company throughout the southern States. Neither the excitement at- tending the approach of n Presidential elec- tion, nor Its aftermath, has affected tbe suc- cessful business being done by this popular organization. For ten years this dug made a tour of the States each year with his master, and was well known throughout tbc country. It la estimated that be has traveled .over three hundred thousand miles.
