TOA TO SET SELECTIVITY PLAN Earl Hudson, UDT head, returned to New York yesterday to continue supervision of the TOA program aimed at counteracting unfavorable public attitudes toward pictures. It is expected that a plan for choosing those quality pictures which form the basis for the program will be decided upon sometime this week. MPAA AdPublicity Directors Committee met at the St. Moritz yesterday, considered TOA p. r. proposals and named a sub-committee which will meet with Hudson today.
