$4,000,000 CREDIT FOR GPE
General Precision Equipment Corp. has arranged a $4,000,000 credit with three N.Y. City banks, is committed to borrow up to $2,000,000 on or before May 31 and has presently borrowed $l,000,u00 on notes payable in instalments up to Jan. 31, 1953. For year ended Dec. 31, GPE reports consolidated net after taxes of $1,242,027 as against $1,743,694 in 1947 hit a record of $27,748,137.

Allied Theater Owners of New Jersey has called its members' attention to a practice in some parts of the country of snipping picture credits from feature prints in order to save running time. Members are reminded that this is in violation of contract with distributor which states that pic must be shown in the form delivered.
