Macauley and Jan T. Macauley together recently acquired approximately 53% of the outstanding common stock of the company. Eight years ago, the Macauleys opened an office in Hollv wood and became the first representatives for SOS in the 13 western states. Prior to 1955, the Macauleys were actively engaged in the motion picture production business. Alan Macauley has become a director of the companj and its new president. Joseph A. New York architect, has designed the Festival Theatre, which is in an existing building.
