At the opening of the Athlone Radio station, was appointed to control all commercial broadcasting and was responsible for producing and eo.mpereing a series of broadcast stage shows. On behalf of the I.F.S. government was chairman of the Board for receiving athletes at the National Games in 1920. In November, 1938, was appointed director of advertising ana publicity for Paramount Film Service, to take control and operate all advertising on behalf of the distribution, theatre, and British production activities of the company and on behalf of British Paramount News.
