LE CINEMA ET LES MCEURS La Carte Postale Depuis longtemps on se doutait que la locution « mauvais gout » ne voulait nen dire du tout. Une certaine facilite dans les gigotements de la cervelle et de la langue la justifiaient seulement. La vogue progressive des objets dits baroques et l'habitude que les memes gens prennent de substituer gravement des considerations sur 1' « art populaire » aux consentements apitoyes, en disent long sur la soumission aux mots d'ordre qui constitue le mode de pensee le plus generalement adopte dans les milieux reputes intellectuels. Je dirai d autre part ce que je pense de la carte postale. Je voulais simplement faire remarquer l'empreinte du cinematographe sur une forme de 1'activite humaine dont personne ne niera limportance.
