Cette scene aura ete vue par les personnages que nous avons laisses dans la chambre du troisieme etage. On les voit a travers les vitres du balcon d'ou on peut voir la fin de la scene decrite ci-dessus. Quand i agent remet la boite a la jeune fille, les deux personnages du balcon paraissent, eux aussi, envahis par la meme emotion, emotion qui en arrive jusqu'aux larmes. Leurs tetes se balancent comme si elles suivaient le rythme de cette musique impalpable. Le personnage regarde la jeune fille lui faisant un geste qui semble dire : « As-tu vu? Ne te 1 avais-je pas dit? » Elle regarde de nouveau, dans la rue, la jeune fille qui est seule
