Lawrence C. Fish, Judge of the Municipal Traffic Court. The leading part is beautifully played by Blanche McGarity, winner of last year's contest, who takes the part of a fifteen-year-old poor girl. Octavia Handworth, who was for years Crane Wilbur's leading lady, plays an important part, as also does Anetha Getwell, another of last year's contest.
