TRADE COMMISSION DESIST ORDER The Federal Trade Commission has ordered Maisel Trading Post, Inc., Albuquerque, N. M., to cease and desist from selling its silver jewelry, partly made by machinery, as “Indian” or “Indian Made.” Among the products so sold were bracelets, rings and concha belts. According to the order, the company, in case it chooses to use the words “Indian” or “Indian Made” in its advertis¬ ing, with or without addition of the word “Jewelry” or of the words “bracelet”, “ring”, or “concha belts”, is to designate either that the jewelry has been rolled or pressed or partly ornamented by machine or, as the case may be, that there has been used in its production a combination of rolling, pressing, or partial ornamentation by machine.
