Braun aus Southport ein britisches Patent Nr. 7406 auf diesen Gegenstand, nach The Opt. Lantern & Cinematogr. Journal 1, 244, 1905. Dort heißt es, R. B e a r d sei Inhaber eines ähnlichen Patentes, seine Vorrichtung sei auch zur Projektion tauglich. Spätere Patente über diesen Gegenstand führen an Eders Jahrbuch f. Photogr. u. Reproduktionsverf. für 1915/20, Halle a. S, 1921, S. 97—99; Photogr. Industrie 1915, S. 226; 1916, S. 584; Photo-Woche 10, Nr. 41/42, S. 10, 1920. A. S. S p i e g e 1 u. Rob. Glendinning, Chicago, nahmen 1911 das deutsche Patent Nr. 251 624 auf die Anwendung dieses Verfahrens zur Projektion. In neuerer Zeit wurden lebende Bilderkarten nach dem Rasterverfahren unter der Bezeichnung „Moveograph. The life portrait" verbreitet, bei denen die Verschiebung der beweglich gegeneinander zusammengeklebten Teile durch Druck auf die Bildränder geschieht; es liegt dabei ein transparentes Filmbild auf dem auf Papier gedruckten Raster. 43
