GENERAL INFORMATION
• INSURANCE — In using our films you have always been protected at a nominal charge against any loss by fire or theft. Now a small additional charge protects you against the bugaboo of film damage during projection or at any other time.
• ORDERING — Each of the films listed in this catalog unless otherwise noted is 16-mm. and soundon-film. Give ample time for your request to reach us for delivery of the film for your play date. Many of our customers wisely place their bookings far in advance of their showing dates and thus secure the best possible service and first choice of titles. The farther ahead you place your order for service the better opportunity we have to anticipate our requirements to meet your requests.
Return all films promptly the day following showing. We do not wish to charge our customers for delay in the prompt return of films. When a film is returned late it is sometimes necessary to forward a substitute title and thus disappoint the next user. Remember the Golden Rule.
• SHIPPING — Shipment of films when possible will be made by express. Always keep your express receipts. Shipping charges both ways are to be paid by the customer.
• CARE OF FILMS — This particularly applies to all film channels on the projector. Do not assume the film channel is clean! Clean all parts coming in contact with the film before each reel! Be certain all loops are the proper size and turn the projector over by hand to be sure that film is properly threaded. Only experienced operators should handle a sound projector. Prevent film damage by observing all the manufacturer's instructions in the proper operation of a projector.
Films will be sent to schools on an "open account" basis if remittance is made within three days after film is used. Otherwise films will be shipped C.O.D.
