Text recognition is never 100% accurate. Many parts of the scanned page may not be reflected in the OCR text output, including: images, page layout, certain fonts or handwriting.

36 THE PHONOGRAM One of those profound German inventors who give up their lives to bettering the lot of mankind has just dis- covered that the Phonograph can be used in place of guides at museums and expositions. The visitor who wants in- formation about a given object has only to place in the machine the proper cylinder, and the Phonograph, with the smallest possible waste of words, furnishes him all the details he desires. There is no fee necessary', nor do you have to take the Phonograph to lunch afterward.
