Catalog of German toy manufacturer Ernst Plank (E.P.) from Nuremberg. The catalog is richly illustrated; almost every apparatus is
accompanied by a detailed engraving. The catalogue lists lanterns,
slides, various illuminants, screens, cinematographic devices and film
as well as many toys that are animated by a miniature steam engine
(moving items, toy trains, ships) and more. The digital version was created from a reprint that did not include the original page numbers hence the unnumbered pages in the digital version. D er Apparat ist aus feinem, starkem, polirtem Glanzstahlblech gefertigt und auf sehr solidem Holzuntersatz montirt. Der Doppel-Condensator hat 103 mm Durchmesser, als Objectiv dient ein feines achromatisches Doppel-Objectiv mit Zahn und Trieb. Das Licht gibt eine amerikanische 3 Docht-Lampe, doch kann auch, ohne Preiserhöhung, anstatt der 3 Docht- Lampe eine Gas- oder elektrische Lampe geliefert werden. Der Apparat kann auch als SCIOPTICON gebraucht werden und können hiezu 8‘ *, 9, 10 und 11 cm breite Glasbilder verwendet werden; ebenso auch Chromotropen und bewegliche Holzbilder 11 cm breit.
