PAUL TO PLAY MORRIS ACTS. San Bernardino, Cal., April 18. At the present time the Unique the¬ ater is doing the biggest business of its career. Under the capable manage¬ ment of J. W. Leonard only high-class vaudeville acts are secured, and San Bernardino’s liberal and discerning the¬ ater-goers show their appreciation by packing the theater at every perform¬ ance. The seating capacity of the Unique is 1,200 and a capacity house is in attendance at nearly every perform¬ ance. Without exception, every Satur¬ day and Sunday night for the last three months, the S. R. O. sign has been displayed. The Unique staff is as follows: Manager, J. Wheaton Leon¬ ard; treasurer, Mrs. J. W. Leonard; stage manager, L. Leonard; musical director, E. DeSoto; operator, Wm. Mather; chief usher, C. Suddarth.—E. L. W. St. Paul, Minn., April 22. The Grand will open as a contin¬ uous vaudeville house for the summer sgason May 2, returning to the regular popular price shows next season. Man¬ ager T. L. Hays will run it on the same plan as his Minneapolis house, the Bijou, giving a continuous show from noon to 11 p. m. consisting of vaudeville acts furnished by Wm. Mor¬ ris, Independent moving pictures, and illustrated songs. Pictures will be changed daily and vaudeville twice weekly. Ten cents admission will be charged.—BARNES. Shuberts to Enter Boston.
