MARYLAND. Baltimore —Frank H. Durkee, 1524 East Monument street, awarded the con¬ tract for the erection of a $4,000 mov¬ ing picture theater, after plans by Archi¬ tect Paul Emmert, 210 West Fayette street of this city.—The Red Mill Amusement Company, a concern operat¬ ing moving picture theaters, has pur¬ chased from Andrew J. Kelly, property at 1510 West Lafayette avenue, and will erect a large theater thereon. Fitchburg —Martin Hillery of Hart¬ ford, Conn., will erect a moving picture theater in this city.—Messrs.
