Thus the film of casual interest could be made upon the reversal film, while the film in which color value is of importance could be made upon panchromatic negative stock. The two films, while competitive, should help each other, for after all a purchaser of any commodity prefers to have a choice in the matter rather than to be forced to purchase just one definite thing.
