This will be the second in a series of articles on the artistic side of cinematography as practiced by the leading cinematographers in Hollywood. This month Victor Milner talked on Mood in Lighting. Mr. Milner gives a glimpsa of what the ace cinematographer aims at when shooting the present-day picture.
