RELEASE British and Dominions Films announce they have acquired the screen rights of "Escape Me Never," the highly successful London stage play. Elizabeth Bergner will portray the leading role that she played for many months in the stage version, Paul Czinner, Miss Bergner's husband who directed her in "Catherine the Great," will also direct this new film. The transcription of the play to the screen is to be made by Margaret Kennedy, author of the stage piece, in collaboration with Carl Zuckmeyer. It will be released by United Artists.
