The Home Office is preparing a cordial welcome for another overseas visitor in the person of Cecil Marks, general manager in Australia, who arrived in Celifornia Nov. 8, and will accompany Mr. Kelly back to New York. This is the Aussie chief's first visit here in four years, and your Editor, who has long admired Mr. Marks's flair for practical showmanship, is eagerly looking forward to meeting him.
