While in England, Miss Sidney appeared in a British picture, and visited the Yorkshire country, locale of Wuthering Heights" in which she will star for Wanger later in the Season. Miriam Hopkins, whorecently completed "Men Are Not Gods" for London Films, returned aboard the Normandie, October 12. After a short stay in New York, she left for the coast to ster in the Samuel Goldwyn fijim, “Wie Voman'ts Touch." SESE ESE SEE Se See Fredric March, accompanied by his wife, Florence Eldridge, arrived in New York from Hollywood, October 6, on a brief holiday before bDeginning work on his newest vehicle, "A Star Is Born," for Selznick International. Sb SE ETE SE SE ae Sete William Wyler, director of "Dodsworth" and co-director of "Come and Get It," arrived in New York from the coast, October 8, for a brief vacation. Gertrude Lawrence, who recently completed important roles in "Renbrandt" and "Men Are Not Gods" for London Films, arrived in New York aboard the Aquitania, October 15, to appear on Broadway in the Noel Goward show, "Tonight at 8:50." an ee
