He saves a waitress from insult and proves his bravery once more in a mine explosion. _ When the girl comes to see him and to restore his lost medal he discloses his love, but finds yet another disappointment in life. (Apmil 13th. 1,036 ft.) Blue Blood and Red.—Helen, a Western girl, finds herself in love with the husband of a woman of the East. When danger threatens, Helen goes to the aid of the man, but the aristocratic wife quickly assumes the upper hand and protects the man while Helen rides for assistance. (April 13th. 1,103 ft.) : Buster and Sunshine.—The children of a widow and a widower become playmates and soon cause a love match between their respective parents. (April a3th. 512 ft.) qi : d Tee Late.—Two-part artistic production, which beautifully portrays a Eg nore for the wife basely who, misunderstanding, had deserted him. She returns, but only in time to brighten the last moments of his life. A fine allegorical scenic is included, where the great masters of the day meet at the house of Mendelssohn. (April 16th. 2,010 ft.) Conscience and the Temptress.—Love for an adventuress threatens Morton with ruin, and his mother comes up to the city. The woman happens to run down the old lady and, taking her home, nurses her. This brings the realisation of her baseness and the son is left to meet his mother alone. (April 16th. 1,060 ft.) At Cross Purposes.—Amusing comedy of a cruel deception and the novel manner in which a club man tearnt the identity of the authoress he admired. (April 16th. 590 ft.) A Message from Across the Sea.—Fstranged by the secret marriage of their offspring, the two old Norwegian sailors no longer haunt the beach. The arrival of a vhoto of the child softens their hearts, and a year later a moving picture reaches America. When the couple see depicted the reconciliation of the fathers thev quickly sail for home. (April 16th. CELIO. 1,043 ft.) G. SERRA. The Lure a ’ edict. which the Pt he asoogle. "realis 13 league with a band of counterfeiters, causes a series of startling adventures, which culminate in a raid organised by a clever detective. (April 13th. 2,500 ft.) ES. ie Bloomer Plays Football. —Chance gives him a splendid opening with a big team. His training provides much trouble to all and sundry, but when his antics are seen in goal he gets the bulk of the play. He saves the game for his side, and receives a glorious’ shower of praises. (April 13th. 615 ft.) Pozzulci. — Splendid scenic release, depicting the beauties of an exceedingly interesting part of Southern Italy, and some wonderful light effects. (April 13th. 385 ft.) Bloomer and Cinessino’s Easter.—Coupled with some clever trick effects and comical incidents are seen the Great Easter fétes and processions of the people of Italy. (April 13th. 580 ft.) Pyp’s Marriage is Off.—\W hile entertaining his. bachelor friends to a “ farewell’’ dinner, an old flame enters and Pyp hides under the table. The lady, by her determined behaviour, Manages to get the wedding indefinitely postponed in favour of one of her own. (April 16th. 781 ft.) Don’t Make Mummy Cry.—Little Cinessino discovers the cause for the seeds of jealousy, and confronting his father and the lady leads the former home, where a reconciliation is effected. (April 16th. 800 ft.) THANHOUSER. Adrift in a Great City.—Going to meet his wife and daughter, who were due to arrive from Italy, Tony met with an accident which sent him to the hospital. Thrown on their own resources, the girl played in the streets to support her blind mother, until one day she was taken to the hospital, where a glad reconciliation took place. (April 13th. 1,008 ft.) Their Great Big Beautiful Doll.—A_ children’s comedy-drama, in which a fire scene proves a (April 13th. 1,010 ft.) mother’s heroism. Her Love Letters.—Mourning the loss of his wife, whom he thinks has perished at sea, the husband is horrified to find love letters from another locked in her desk. She returns alive and well, but is coldly received until an explanation clears away all misunderstandings. (April 16th. 1,004 ft. PRINCESS. Cupid's Lieutenant—When a lover came for thecountry school teacher all the pupils, and particularly Tommy. her usual escort, were in open revolt. This caused the girl to renounce the young man, until the boys noticed her distress and cleverly schemed to bring back “the cause.” (April 16th. 1,010 ft.) TRANS-ATLANTIC FILM CO. BISON 101. From Dawn Till Dark.—Romance of the trapper days in the West. in which a fine episode shows how the hunter hero learns of an expected Indian attack and cleverly saves the colonel’s daughter from pursuing Indians after her horse has been shot from der her.
