Mrs. Karsch Will Take Bids for Rolla House ROlla, Mo. — Mrs. Mildred Karsch of Farmington, Mo., plans to receive bids about February 25 on the superstructure of the new 700-seat theatre she plans to erect here. Plans for the house have been prepared by Fred S. Sternberg, 8015 Forsythe boulevard, Clayton, St. Louis, Mo. It will be one-story, 51x106 feet, and is to be erected on a foundation already in place.
