The companies just named, located in different States, were selling and shipping projecting and exhibiting machines in interstat-e conmierce throughout the United States. A copy of the license agreement under the exhibiting-machine patents between the Motion Picture Patents Co. and the Armat Moving Picture Co. is attached to the petition marked Exhibit 5." (Pet., p. 87.) This agreement is similar to those issued to the other companies named above.
