Joie Theater, J. E. Ellis, Ogden, Utah. Roseland Theater, Rougelot & Levy, New Orleans, La. Licensed exhibitors are not permitted to subrent or loan licensed film to other exhibitors, whether licensed or unlicensed. Licensed exchanges are not permitted to supply service to exhibitors who subrent or loan film.
