CASE REt^IANDED TO DOCKET
The Commission this week remanded to the docket the cases involved in Examiner’s Report 386 mac.e by Elmer W. Pratt, including the application for a construction permit of the American legion Department of Missouri Donald Holden Post ITo. 105, at Albany, Mo., and liceue renewals asked by stations KE\7E and WIL, both of St. Louis.
In these cases Examiner Pratt recommended that the application for license renewal of KEWK be denied, that the license of WIL be renewed. No recommendation was m^de relative to the construction of the new station which was to have been on the same frequency, 1203 kilocycles.
