Coast Disc Fee LOS ANGELES Chapter, American Federation of Radio Artists, has advised Southern California members they cannot make transscriptions for less than $7.50 per side. The minimum will hold until national transcription scales are established. The Los Angeles transcription committee, consisting of Hal Berger, chairman; Fred McKaye, William Days Jr., Thomas Freebairn-Smith, Beatrice Benaderet and Lou Merrill, has been delegated to work with the national group on coordinating transcription scales.
