P. Yandell, NBC director of international commercial broadcasting announced Aug. 13 in Los Angeles. Programs will be transcribed and carried on WRCA and WNBI. Purpose of the series to strengthen our economic frontier in Latin America, Mr. Yandell said, and to cement Pan American relations.
