Chief Hearing E.xaminer James D. Cunningham will preside at the hearing. Commission counsel will include Ashbrook Bryant, chief of the Network Study Staff, and assistant chief James Tierney. A number of Hollywood tv film producers are expected to face the scrutiny of the commission in this third phase of a programming investigation begun in February 1959.
