Rulemakings FINALIZED ■ By report & order, commission finalized rulemaking proposal of May 2, 1962, to permit simultaneous operation of two trans, on single studio-trans, link channel to send stereophonic programs from studio to trans, of fm station. In so doing, commission is also permitting same technique to be used on fm intercity relay circuits, since there may be need for transmission of "stereo" programs between stations.
