Category Modification: a new category in the Cinema Group will serve "Special Effects" subjects of the 13-110 metres length. In the Television Group, subdivisions in running time for three categories each for Live Action. Cartoon and Animated Objects (including Puppets, etc.) will be as follows: (a) up to 20 seconds; (b) 21-45 seconds; and (c) over 45 seconds.
Awards: Special awards will include besides the Grand Prix du Cinema and the Grand Prix de la Television, the Coppu di Venezia which will be awarded in each of the Cinema and Television groups for the highest average of marks attained for a minimum entry of six films in the one or the other group.
Jl'Rv: An International Jury headed by Dr. J. Klein, .Amsterdam (as secretary) and Per Busted. Oslo. Norway (assistant secretary) has been selected to judge motion pictures entered. Members of the various international and national advertising associations and federations compose this judging group. ^"
