Porter, assistant director of the Ohio Historical Society, who presented "Information & Education" certificates; by Galvy Gordon, public relations director of the Columbus Public Library, who made the "Business & Industrial" presentations; and by Dr. Peter Volpe. director of regional hospital planning of the Columbus Hospital Federation, who cited the winning "Health and Mental Health" film winners.
Banquet speaker Yung was introduced by Kenneth B. Hobbs of the Battelle Memorial Institute. No stranger to film awards, Mr. Yung's Elektra studio has won honors on 55 occasions, both at U. S. and overseas festivals. He is currently the director of programs for the American Society of Magazine Photographers and arranging the presentation of 64 "Photographs in Motion."
