P. at Video Pictures of Illinois Riirton Ncuburger has been named vice-president in charge of sales for the Chicago-based division of Video Pictures. Inc.. New York City. Ncuburger. a former sales executive for the Technicolor Corporation, will remain available to that company in an advisory capacity.
