The selected short subject features Parnelli Jones, veteran race driver who failed to qualify for the 1968 race; Billy Vukovich, a rooky, driving in his first Indianapolis classic; Mario Andretti. champion driver seeking his first Indy win; and Joe Leonard, who qualified for the pole position in the race.
