“Ottawa ’76” was the first International Animated Film Festival ever held in North America. Filmmakers from around the world entered 425 films, of which 125 were chosen for actual competition during the Festival.
This year ‘Ottawa ’78’’, the second World Animated Film Festival, will again be held in Canada at the National Arts Centre in the nation’s capital.
