For the replacement of approval stamps or certificates which have been lost or destroyed in respect ofa film already inspected by the Director, or for any alteration that requires a change in the records of the Director: $1 per titled subject. Videotape For each titled subject of videotape submitted for inspection by the holder of a film exchange licence, $3 for the first 10 minutes of videotape and $1.50 for each additional 5 minutes or part of 5 minutes, pertaining to the titled subject. For each additional print of a videotape that has already been approved by the Director and that is submitted by the holder of a film exchange licence, $2 for the first 10 minutes of videotape and $1 for each additional 5 minutes or part of 5 minutes, pertaining to the titled subject. For each titled subject of videotape not otherwise provided for, $4 for the first 10 minutes of videotape and $2 for each additional 5 minutes or part of 5 minutes, pertaining to the titled subject. Theatre Licences General licence — $25 16mm only — $10 For a licence limited to videotapes ....$10 FILM CLASSIFICATION Fire Marshal Regulations No moving picture theatre shall be opened to the public except after a licence therefor has been obtained from the Fire Marshal, which licence shall be kept posted in a conspicuous place on the licensed premises.
