The 1982 Festival includes, for the fourth year, a “Trade Forum” for Canadian and American industry representatives to exchange informatior on the ‘business’ of filmmaking. The fourth Festival (Ottawa ’82), in addition to the internationally adjudicated competition, will feature retrospectives and tribute programs.
