The Festival is open to all 16mm and 35mm film and video from the Atlantic region. To be eligible, productions must be:
— produced by an Atlantic provinces based producer/production house; or — directed by an Atlantic provinces based director (regardless of where the producer/production house is based); or — in cases where producer/production house and director are outside the Atlantic provinces, must relate to the Atlantic provinces, or have been filmed there.
