A unit made up of seven persons—five from Ottawa and two from the New York office of the board—will be on hand. Ross McLean, deputy film commissioner, is taking personal charge of the unit. Camera record of the San Francisco conference will be of supreme importance to future historians. Haskell M. Masters Heads Canada WB New Canadian sales manager for Warner Brothers is Haskell M. Masters, who replaced Ralph H. Clark on April 16th, it has been announced by Ben Kalmenson, general sales manager of the company. Clark, who filled in as Canadian manager following the promotion of Wolfe Cohen to the foreign department in New York, returns to home office in an executive capacity. Walter Golding, St. John, Dead Walter Golding, 68, manager of the Capitol Theatre, Saint John, New Brunswick, veteran whose entire theatrical career of 38 years was spent in that city, passed away there on April 18th of a stroke.
