Main purpose of the plant will be to handle the company’s expanding photographic supply business, according to George Giles, Canadian head and a member of the board of directors. A draft production code and proposed constitution for an organization of Canadian film producers will be presented for approval to a meeting of the 16 mm. industrial and educational film makers and slide film producers in the Toronto area in the (Continued on Page 7) WB ‘Wild West Show’ Gets Under Way Members of the head office and Toronto branch staffs of Warner Brothers and their families staged an outing at Charlie Mavety’s Circle M Ranch recently to mark the beginning of the Dominion’s part in the company’s 17-week United Amusement Profit For 1945 United Amusement Corporation’s 21st annual report for the year ended December 31st, 1945, shows that net profit for the year amounted to $140,673, equivalent to $1.74 per share on the 80,829 outstanding no par value shares of the company. Dividends of $1.25 a_ share were paid in 1945 and in 1944 the net profit equalled $1.62 per share after adjustment of the standard profit claim with the government board. 1946 sales drive, which is tagged ‘‘Warners’ Wild West Show.” According to the announcement of Haskell M.
