Arthur Rank and 2 number of his companies will be tried in an Ontario court, it was ruled by Gordon D. Conant, Master of the Supreme Court of Ontario, at Osgoode Hall, Toronto, last week. The 11 parties to the action are situated in Canada, the United States and Great Britain. According to the Master the conspiracy charge by the plaintiffs was the basis of their complaint and made his decision advisable. Br.
