Fisher, who assumes the responsibilities formerly those of David Griesdorf, recently resigned as general Exley Fox Saint John Mgr.; Reg G. March Retired Following the recent retirement of Reg G. March, popular veteran manager of the Saint John branch of Twentieth Century-Fox, Peter S. Myers, Canadian general manager, has appointed C. Dawson Exley, 41, March’s salesman since July, to succeed him, Exley, who left Odeon late in 1953 to join Fox, is an RCAF veteran. lt was announced at the same time that Robert Stern, formerly of Montreal and the USA, has joined the Toronto sales staff under Vic Beattie. Reg March is one of Canada’s leading film executives and has been active in the political and business life of New Brunswick, being regarded as a leader. He has been the Saint John branch manager since September, 1922. Before that he was with Regal Films, through which he entered the industry in 1915, and First National.
