“El Cepillo Rojo” es un indicio que nada tiene de bueno je encías sangran a menudo. Y lo peor es que sangran sin ocasionar dolor. Más valdría que al sangrar se sintiera un dolor agudo, porque entonces inmediatamente nos preocuparíamos de lo que significa el síntoma del “cepillo rojo” (encías que sangran), precusor de males aún más graves, como la gingivitis, la enfermedad de Vincent y hasta la piorrea, y trataríamos de ponerle remedio.
