Film students enrolled in Honours Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Fine Arts degree programs at York may take courses in Film Studies and Film Production: writing, directing, producing, cinematography, editing, sound, film history, aesthetics, and criticism. York’s Film Department has excellent studio facilities and firm links with the Canadian film community through its faculty and former graduates.
Graduate Studies: a 2-year program in Canadian Film Studies and Production leading to Master of Fine Arts
degree will receive applications for the second group of seven students in 1981.
