Philadelphia.—There la not a single offering this week that Is new to local thea- tregoers, though the bills are by no means lacking In Interest by reason of familiarity, lluslness throughout the city last week was no more than satisfactory, the prevailing houses being of fair size only, and a really crowded house being Impossible to nod.
