Superintendent George Jinks, of the menagerie, is having great success In breeding animals. The latest additions to ihe menagerie are two black leopard cubs. The little ones are as black as night, and are scarcely larger than ordinary kittens. Al. •'onion, superintendent of the Klngllng An- nex, had added the famous Trlllers, rag pic- ture builders, to the attractions. Tbe Trll- lers' act is a new one for a side show, and attracts more than usual attention from vls- liors. Juck Rooney Is a new addition to tbe list of performers, and Is riding In one of the big menage acts. At Dixon, III., a few ■lays ago, the breaking of a shaft on one of ibe engines rtiat arc used to furnish power fur the electric dynamos caused a temporary xhut down. For tbe one evening the old fashioned gasoline lights were used, and the leinperature In the enclave of the big top reached 118.
