Williams writes from Blueflelds, Nlc, under date of April 12, as follows I "My stay In Central America Is about at a finish. I sail for the States April 22, and will spend the month of May with my parents, at Waynesburg. 0., starting on my Summer work May 30. I came to Central America for my health, am now feeling fine and am ready for a long siege of work again. I have received Tub Clipper every week, which has kept me posted on all theatrical news. Mr. Qiilim will continue to manage the show and I will route It and look after the advance. The deal was a spot cash consideration. Mr. Oakcs has been suffering from 111 health for some time, brought on by exposure, and de- sired to get away from a tent show. Mr. Oakcs will probably put out a minstrel show In opera houses next season. He withdraws from the partnership with the most friendly feeling existing between all concerned." Fred. T.
