Mr. McCaddon said the meeting of tbe English stockholders was beld In London, Pec. 31, and tbnt tbe passing'of the dividend, as well as the reorganization of the clrcuB compnny, had met with approval. . Mr. Mc- Caddon said that the passing of the dividend was due to the rainy weather which the cir- cus encountered last Summer. Notwithstand- ing this the circus hnd played to within sifi.ow of its former year's business, the re- ceipts being more than a million and a half dollars. The new executives of the circus arc: W. W.
