J Comedy was the big feature In the pro- Rm that wasvpreBcutred the latter part of t week, every performance being attended sj a capacity audience. 'The Three Trobadours, in operatic selec- tions, were a big success. The act Is com- posed of two men and a woman, all of whom live excellent singing voices. Their perform- ance with a better arrangement would bring them better results; The act la handsomely costumed. . . ' Boscmcr, Hlllman and company, In a Bkcteh about a circus rider, met with.fairly good success, The story la .Interesting and tbe characters well" portrayed, tbe whole per- formance holding attention throughout. Jentet, Roth and White, two men and a woman, In songs and remarkable piano play- ing, cleaned up with one of the nits of the ell). Jentes, at tbe piano, proves himself a wonderful player, ana gives several different styles of playing that brings him much Suc- re's. The singing of the other two also met with much approval. Ferns, Kerns and Blglow, In comedy acro- batic stunts, kept them laughing with their amusing antics. The' three boys do some really clever tricks with ease and grace. Kellly and Morgan, In their capable per- formance of talking and singing, were big spplnuse getters. As neither nave any kind •t a singing voice, it wouldn't be a bad Idea for them to cut out singing entirely. Their talk Is bright and snappy, and Is put over In a clever manner. • ■ Bovlas and Darling, an English team, put over a solid hit with some clever singing and good talk. Both have excellent singing voices, and rendered several songs with much success. Herman Belts was the only single on the mil, and had an easy time of it He got bis audience going at the start with good songs, rendered cleverly. An Impersonation of Bert wuiiams was also capably done, and brought aim much applause. The Roof Garden Trio, two men and a woman, open with each giving a good spe- cialty, in one, and close with an uninterest- ing sketch, on full stage. The young woman ■forks straight, while one of the men appears •s t darkey, and the other as a crasy actor.
